BWT Logistics is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. You will lead supervisors and associates, ensure accuracy and timeliness of inbound/outbound activities, and drive safety, quality, and productivity standards.
You will manage labor planning, KPI monitoring, and SOP enforcement while partnering with the WMS team to optimize processes. A strong background in 3PL settings and client SLA delivery is essential.
