Salary Range: $23.88 To $25.27 Hourly
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Utilizing the Intermec handheld scanners, the parts handler will be responsible for processing parts order activities and maintaining associated paperwork.
- Receive, pick, package, and sort parts orders ensuring accuracy of delivery location.
- Will unload, sort and stage daily stock.
- Participate in inventory counting/surplus/relocations throughout the year.
- Parts handler will verify part location and quantity picked for each line item.
- Research and assemble hydraulic hoses.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping areas.
- Regularly lift, move, and position equipment and parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Assisting customers directly with Will Call orders.
- Picking/Loading orders
- Process returns
- Receiving orders based on priority
- Follow up on orders that are awaiting pick up.
RECOMMENDED
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to use basic tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills and experience with handheld scanners.
