We're seeking a dynamic and compassionate Support Staff Technician to join our team at our New Castle office. In this front-desk role, you'll be the welcoming face of Meridian—supporting daily operations, assisting patients, and keeping our clinic running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, professional communication with patients, staff, and the public
- Answer calls, schedule and reschedule appointments, and route messages
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Manage medical records, releases of information, and new patient charts
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex)
- Check in patients in Next Gen
- (Main Office only) Answer executive phone as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of office or administrative experience (medical setting preferred)
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Professionalism, discretion, and a patient-centered mindset
