Scheurer is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Eligibility Specialist (ES) to handle high-volume inbound calls about Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF. You will assist applicants by answering questions, processing applications, and maintaining cases in the state eligibility system.
Location is onsite in New Castle, IN, with hours 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri. The base rate is $18.00 per hour, plus opportunities for bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and professional growth.
