Lunch AssistantEastwood Elementary is seeking a caring and dependable Lunch Assistant to help supervise and support students during daily lunch periods. This position works approximately 2 hours per day and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children in a school environment.
Responsibilities- Supervise students in the cafeteria during lunch periods
- Assist students with opening food containers, milk cartons, and other lunch-related needs
- Encourage positive behavior and respectful interactions
- Help maintain a safe, orderly, and clean cafeteria environment
- Communicate any student concerns to school staff
- Enjoy working with elementary-age students
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow school procedures
- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required
