As a DSP, your days will be full of connection, purpose, and impact:

• Support individuals with daily routines and meaningful activities at home and in the community
• Encourage independence through skill‑building, recreation, and social engagement
• Assist with personal care, mobility, medications, and behavioral or medical needs
• Create a safe, clean, and supportive environment while completing required documentation

• You’re at least 18 years old and enjoy working as part of a team
• You’re compassionate, patient, and comfortable with hands‑on support
• You’re open to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred
