• Accurately fulfill customers' prescription needs with a strong focus on precision.
• Provide expert patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to enhance customer health outcomes.
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA.
• Maintain a professional appearance and pharmacy environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Develop a strong understanding of the local community and its needs, as well as competitors.
• Enhance the pharmacy's image through friendly service and collaboration with customers and associates.
• Monitor and manage inventory, scheduling, safety, and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain organized records and security for all scheduled drugs.
• Utilize accuracy tools effectively to minimize errors.
• Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and professional at all times.
• Ensure timely handling of product returns and maintenance of equipment.
• Stay updated on pharmacy knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care.
• Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Current pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with grace.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Effective oral and written communication abilities.

• 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Proficiency in a second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing).
