This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in New Castle, IN. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and servicing equipment and machinery, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and implementing repairs. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, ensuring optimal machine performance, adhering to safety regulations, and collaborating with team members to minimize production downtime.
Qualifications- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and procedures
- Experience with diagnosing technical issues and implementing solutions
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Capability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with safety regulations and workplace safety practices
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus
- High school diploma/GED required; vocational training or technical certification is a strong asset
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed
