General Labor Employee Jobs | New Castle IN
Focus is looking for candidates that are efficient, safety-minded General Labor Employee 1st and 2nd shift for a facility in New Castle, Indiana. Ideal candidates will be able to work with minimal oversight but willing to follow detailed instructions. Job duties may include cleaning and preparing workstations, loading and delivering materials, and use of a variety of tools and machines. Applicants should have reliable transportation and previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.

Shift: A Shift 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM | B Shift 4:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Pay:
Up to $12.00 per hour. Opportunity to qualify for a $120 attendance bonus every week for those with perfect attendance each pay week.
