Compensation

• Hourly wage: $17–$30 per hour.
• Minimum wage:
  Equal to or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
• Additional compensation:
  Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

This role focuses on the safety and security of associates, customers, and merchandise. Responsibilities include investigating, thinking critically, and solving complex problems.
