Triple J Plumbing LLC is hiring a Traveling Journeyman Plumber with commercial and industrial experience to join our dynamic Field Operations team. As a key player on our projects, you'll lead plumbing installations and repairs for major retailers, manufacturers, and construction projects. • Lead plumbing installations for commercial and industrial projects, including ground-up and remodels.
• Independently manage job sites, crew members, and plumbing phases (demolition, rough-ins, finish, punch lists).
• Coordinate with general contractors and project teams to ensure jobs stay on schedule and within budget.
• Perform diagnostics, installations, and repairs in compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Utilize company tools and equipment effectively, ensuring safe and professional operation.

• Minimum 4+ years of plumbing experience; commercial/industrial project background strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Own tools preferred; tool purchase program available.
• Comfortable with both day and night shifts.
