• Starting pay of $30 per hour
• $2,000 sign-on bonus
• Weekend premium pay of $75 per weekend day worked
• Consistent full-time hours

• Monday through Friday
• Typical shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM

• Load food-grade liquid products safely and efficiently
• Move and position trailers between the terminal and customer facilities
• Serve as the primary liaison between customer personnel and dispatch
• Maintain equipment with a strong focus on safety and cleanliness
• Coordinate loading operations and ensure on-time execution
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and drivers
• Manage priorities independently and solve problems quickly as they arise

• Valid Class A CDL with tank endorsement
• Minimum 12 months of tractor-trailer experience
• Age 21 or older
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and functional testing
• Strong safety record and acceptable MVR
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
