Preston Auto Group has an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented, highly organized Automotive Warranty Administrator. This role manages warranty claims and helps ensure repairs are documented accurately and submitted for timely reimbursement.

As our Automotive Warranty Administrator, you'll own the details behind every warranty claim — reviewing repair orders, verifying coverage, submitting claims, and following up on rejected or unpaid claims. This role is a great fit for someone organized, persistent, and comfortable working with detailed documentation and manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Work all dealer claims completely and daily
• Book, close, and submit claims for payment
• Maintain clean warranty receivable schedules to ensure proper cash flow
• Read technician stories and apply appropriate labor codes
• Help the dealership stay compliant with manufacturer policy
• Perform additional clerical duties as needed

Requirements

• Prior warranty experience required
• Knowledge of UCS/Reynolds & Reynolds strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of DMS software
• Familiarity with automotive dealership service departments
• Understanding of accounting debits and credits
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
