WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Review incoming applications and ensure applications are complete and include all necessary forms
- Request forms and information from clients and follow up accordingly
- Provide instructions to Processing Specialists regarding e-mail communication to be sent to clients
- Review policies for accuracy and determine what remaining requirements need to be collected from client prior to policy delivery
- Create insurance illustrations using carrier-specific tools
- Successfully manage a large caseload while maintaining and average turnaround time of 70 days or less
- Correctly interpret insurance company guidelines and provide clear instructions to Clerical Support Specialists
- Review client files to determine compliance with company standards
- 100% compliance with insurance company guidelines related to proper use of applications and forms
- Competently interpret premium payment requirements and accurately communicate same to clients
- Willingness to change and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Provide 100% compliance with insurance company guidelines related to proper use of applications and forms
- Adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma required; certificate or Associates Degree preferred
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to understand and conform to insurance company guidelines for applications, forms, and procedures
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
