- Monday–Tuesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Partner with the practice team to provide excellent clinical support, helping patients get the care they need.
- Prepare the patient for treatment and assist the dentist in restorative dentistry.
- Provide excellent chair‑side clinical support and assistance to Doctors and Hygienists, including charting, operatory set/clean up, and patient education.
- Record and review patient health history, make chart entries under the doctor's direction, and ensure completion of forms and signatures in dental software.
- Review the daily schedule to set up appropriate trays and instruments.
- Prepare patients, sterilize and disinfect instruments, set up instrument trays, maintain chain of asepsis, prepare materials, and assist dentists during procedures following OSHA guidelines.
- Expose and develop dental diagnostic radiographs.
- Follow OSHA regulations, safety requirements, HIPAA guidelines, CPR, X‑ray, and other required certifications.
- Dental Assisting Certification or prior on‑the‑job training.
- 1–5 years of experience preferred; new graduates considered.
- Radiography/X‑Ray certification for the respective state.
- CPR Certification required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients.
