The Migrant Education Recruiter-Student Support Specialist-Parent Involvement Specialist is a grant-funded, part-time role based out of the New Castle School District Office. The position involves identifying, recruiting, and enrolling eligible migrant children and out-of-school youth, with travel across Mercer, Lawrence, Butler, Beaver and Allegheny counties.
