About the PositionMobile Medical Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Mental Health Specialist to provide behavioral health support within two active industrial/construction project sites in Ellwood City area of New Castle, PA.
This position operates from a mobile medical clinic trailer located directly on job sites. This is not a traditional office or private practice environment. The role requires comfort working in an industrial setting alongside safety teams, medical staff, and construction personnel.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, practical problem-solving, and making a direct impact on a workforce population.
Work Environment- On-site at active industrial/construction locations

Candidates must be comfortable in a non-traditional clinical setting.
Responsibilities- Conduct brief mental health assessments and screenings
- Provide short-term counseling and solution-focused interventions
- Support employees experiencing stress, anxiety, personal concerns, or work-related issues
- Make referrals to community providers when long-term therapy is indicated
- Maintain compliant and timely documentation
- Coordinate with site medical staff as appropriate
- Promote mental wellness and resilience in the workforce
- Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Active Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or license-eligible
- Experience in providing direct counseling services
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in occupational health, EAP, or workforce-based mental health
- Experience in brief intervention or solution-focused therapy
- Comfort working in structured, safety-focused environments
- Approximately 24 hours per week
- Hours split between two New Castle project locations
- Schedule to be coordinated with site needs
- Adaptable and comfortable outside of a traditional therapy office
- Able to build rapport quickly with working professionals
- Organized and confident working independently
- Practical, solution-oriented, and professional
