Seeking a help desk representative to support onsite IT operations in Jameson in New Castle, PA.

This is a fully onsite contract opportunity with an immediate start and an expected assignment through October 16 2027 ( 12 month contract)

Responsibilities

Provide hands‑on desktop and technical support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and workstation issues
Assist with device setup, deployment, and installation
Support password resets and user access requests
Resolve technical issues in a professional and timely manner
Deliver excellent customer service to hospital staff

Requirements

Local to the New Castle, PA area and able to commute daily
Strong computer and technical troubleshooting skills
Experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, IT Support, or Technical Support
Professional communication and customer service skills
Experience with Active Directory is highly preferred
