North American Forge masters has an immediate need for a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician. This full‑time hourly position is located in New Castle, PA and will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
Applicants ideally will have a strong background in heavy industrial maintenance. If you are an ambitious self‑starter who is passionate about manufacturing, we want to hear from you.

- Maintain work area in a clean, orderly, and safe condition per the housekeeping policy.
- Complete all daily duties including crane and mobile equipment preventive maintenance inspections.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems to determine and correct root cause.
- Weld and repair mobile equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair machines and equipment (all nature of repairs, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, civil, and complete combustion systems).
- Have strong knowledge in power distribution and motor control with the ability to make repairs on 480 V systems.
- Provide coverage as needed for other maintenance technicians.
- Work on rotating shifts with required overtime.
- Perform work in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Abide by all policies and procedures established by the company.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1‑3 years heavy industrial work experience.
- Hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical experience (preferred).
- General computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work as a team player as well as independently.
- Knowledge of operating overhead cranes and fork trucks.
- A clean criminal background investigation.
- A clean urine and hair follicle drug screening performed upon offer of employment.
