Silgan Closures, a Fortune 500 global leader in sustainable packaging, is hiring Manufacturing Production Associates (Production Team Members) at our New Castle, Pennsylvania facility. This is a full-time Midnight shift manufacturing role offering steady hours, overtime, and long-term career stability. This position is ideal for candidates seeking entry-level manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operator jobs.

This role is also commonly known as:
Production Team Member, Production Operator, Assembly Worker, or Warehouse Production Worker.

*** Operate and monitor automated production and manufacturing equipment
* Perform quality inspections on plastic caps and finished products
* Identify non-conforming products and report issues to Quality Assurance
* Maintain production line flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Pack finished goods into cartons and stack boxes (up to 35 lbs)
* Label, tape, and prepare products for shipment
* Complete production paperwork and document machine performance
* Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety requirements
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
