Job Title: Pre-Assembly Technician
- Full-Time, Non-Exempt
- 2nd shift (2:00pm – 10:00pm)
- $1 Shift Differential

What is an air curtain? An air curtain is a machine that blows a controlled stream of air across an opening to create an air seal. This air seal not only saves energy it also provides comfortable environments by keeping out bugs, dust, fumes, and extreme temperatures.
Duties and Responsibilities: Our Pre-Assembly Technicians are mechanically inclined, looking for growth opportunities, and can follow assembly instructions. This position is responsible for completing pre‑assembly of the small intricate pieces of an air curtain. General Duties- Assist with mechanical assembly of air curtains
- Assembly of small, intricate parts and components for final assembly
- Assist in the shipping department, packaging products
- Be responsible for general clean‑up of the manufacturing floor
- Ability to follow assembly instructions
- Wiring experience is a plus
- Basic electrical wiring, industrial experience preferred
- Able to use a tape measure and follow assembly instructions
- Experience in manual and power tools
- Must successfully pass pre‑employment screenings
- Electrical wiring experience is a plus
- Ability to shift and push/pull up to 50 pounds consistently
- Must be able to walk and stand upright in a stationary position for up to 4 hours at a time
- Ability to work in seasonal unconditioned indoor air conditions
