• 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm)
• Shift Differential: $1

An air curtain is a machine that blows a controlled stream of air across an opening to create an air seal. This air seal not only saves energy but also provides a comfortable environment by keeping out bugs, dust, fumes, and extreme temperatures.

• Process parts work orders.
• Complete fabrication and welding operations in a timely fashion so that the final product meets ship date.
• Responsible for bending, punching, milling, rolling and machinery set up.
• Operate CNC laser punch press.
• Perform some machine repair.
• Weld parts that meet acceptable quality.
• Maintain work area.
• Coordinate jobs between fabrication and welding departments.
• Assist other departments as needed.

• Strong CNC laser and punch press experience.
• Ability to read protractor, micrometer and calipers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of production procedures.
• Knowledge of fabricating equipment and measuring tools.
• Knowledge of various metal gauges.
• Knowledge of welding and welding processes.
• MIG welding preferred.
• Must be able to use a tape measure.
• Must be able to read and interpret visual and written production procedures.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment screenings.

• Ability to shift and push/pull up to 50 pounds and lift to 3-4 feet throughout the day.
• Must be able to walk and stand upright in a stationary position for up to 4 hours at a time.
• Ability to work in seasonal unconditioned indoor air conditions.
