Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in plastic container production, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting the manufacturing department. 8-hour 2nd shift 3:50pm-12:20am

• Operate blow-mold, trimming, and conveyor machinery to produce high-quality plastic containers.
• Perform quality inspections, including drop tests and weight checks, to ensure product compliance with customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot process issues, make necessary adjustments, and perform minor maintenance to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor supply levels of packaging materials and replenish as needed to prevent production delays.
• Prepare daily production reports, document rejects, regrinds, and line efficiencies, and adhere to safety standards at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or manuals.
• Physical ability to work in a loud environment with fluctuating temperatures and to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
