Perform injection and compression molding machine maintenance for the shift production team;
Clear jams on lines, restart lines, and perform minor repairs and adjustments to ensure operational efficiency during the 12 hour shift;
Diagnose mechanical and quality problems, determine repairs, and restore malfunctioning equipment to service with minimum delay;
Minimize scrap and machine downtime during color changes
