• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);
  Aveanna can assist in obtaining it after hire if necessary.
• TB skin test recent within the last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
