New Castle Nursing & Rehab is a mission‑driven skilled nursing facility committed to providing compassionate, resident‑centered care. We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document resident conditions; report changes promptly
• Assist with daily care routines and respond to resident needs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Respond to emergencies with sound judgment and appropriate interventions

• Active LPN license in the State of Kentucky
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Compassionate, resident‑focused approach to care
