What You’ll Do

As a Nurse Practitioner with PCMA, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing chronic and acute medical conditions
  • Performing comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations
  • Reviewing and updating medical histories and treatment plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Identifying patient care needs and recommending appropriate treatment strategies
  • Accurately documenting patient encounters and care plans in EMR systems
  • Promoting quality outcomes and continuity of care for senior patients
Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in state of practice
  • Current DEA or ability to obtain DEA licensure
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Passion for geriatric and long-term care medicine
