POSITION OVERVIEW

• Outpatient primary care role focused on caring for patients of all ages

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $100,000+ based on experience
• Annual quality and productivity bonus
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
• Additional compensation available for prior RN experience

SCHEDULE

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Standard clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One late clinic day weekly: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Outpatient-only practice setting

ROLE

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
• Deliver preventative care and chronic disease management
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and documentation
• Collaborate with support staff and interdisciplinary clinical teams
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently within collaborative outpatient setting REQUIRED
• Team-oriented clinical approach REQUIRED
• Experienced providers and candidates with strong RN backgrounds encouraged to apply
