Are you a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer from an aerospace manufacturing background, looking to become the quality expert within a global specialty metals manufacturer, receiving full training in a highly specialized niche industry while progressing your career into senior leadership?

In this role, you will act as the site's Quality Management System expert, working closely with aerospace OEM customers, leading internal and external audits, driving corrective actions, maintaining certifications, and supporting quality improvements across manufacturing operations.

This role would suit a Quality Manager, Quality Systems Manager, or Senior Quality Engineer with experience managing QMS within the aerospace manufacturing sector who is looking to develop specialist knowledge within the metals industry while building a long-term career with an industry-leading manufacturer.

• Own and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Manage customer, internal, and third-party audits while maintaining aerospace certifications
• Work directly with aerospace OEM customers to support quality requirements and compliance
• Lead corrective actions, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support and develop the Quality team while promoting a strong quality culture throughout the business
• Occasional travel to customer sites and supplier locations - 10%

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline
• Quality Management Systems experience within the aerospace manufacturing sector
• Experience working directly with aerospace OEM customers and quality requirements
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
• Looking for specialist industry training and long-term career progression
