In this role, you will act as the Quality Management Representative for premium products, overseeing audits, certifications, corrective actions, customer requirements, and quality system performance while leading a team of quality professionals.
This role would suit a Quality Manager experience in metals, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing who is looking to make a significant impact within a highly respected organization.
The Role:- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System
- Manage external certifications, internal audits, customer audits, and corrective action programs
- Lead and develop Quality Assurance personnel supporting premium product lines
- Support customer quality requirements and promote a strong culture of quality throughout the organization
- Travel occasionally to support customers, audits, and business requirements
- Quality leadership experience within metals manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, automotive or related industries
- Experience with quality systems, audits, corrective actions, and certification management
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, Quality Management, or related technical field desirable
- Desire to build a long-term career within a growing industry leader
