Learn more:  As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine rounds throughout assigned areas, stay highly visible to help discourage security‑related incidents, and respond to calls for assistance with calm, respectful communication.

Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Wednesday: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM
Saturday: 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including assisting staff with de‑escalation support and coordinating notifications per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or irregular conditions.
• Control access at designated entrances, verify identification and/or authorization as required, assist with visitor management, and direct patients, visitors, and staff to appropriate locations.
• Prepare complete and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate pertinent information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be able to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
