Regional Plumber – Skilled Nursing Facilities Put Your Plumbing Skills to Work Across Our Growing Healthcare Network!
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Regional Plumber to support multiple skilled nursing facilities within our organization. If you enjoy variety, troubleshooting, and working independently—but want the stability of working for one healthcare organization—this could be a great fit.
In this role, you will travel between our facility locations to complete plumbing repairs, installations, preventative maintenance, and special projects. You’ll work closely with facility Maintenance Directors and leadership to keep our buildings operating safely and efficiently.
Job Duties:Travel to multiple facility locations based on maintenance and repair needs
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, toilets, sinks, faucets, piping, and fixtures
Install and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, valves, and related components
Troubleshoot recurring or complex plumbing problems
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections
Respond to urgent plumbing needs across assigned facilities
Identify potential plumbing concerns and recommend repairs or replacements
Assist facilities with larger plumbing projects and renovations
Coordinate with facility Maintenance Directors and leadership regarding repairs and project status
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and outstanding needs
Ensure work meets applicable safety, building, and plumbing requirements
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and professional manner
Assist with other building maintenance projects as needed
Previous professional plumbing experience required
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, piping, drains, fixtures, and repairs
Commercial, healthcare, skilled nursing, or institutional maintenance experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability and willingness to travel between assigned facilities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Plumbing license or relevant trade certification preferred, as applicable
