About the Role
The CDL Driver is responsible for transporting hazardous and non‑hazardous waste between Reworld facilities and client sites. This role includes operating vacuum tankers, vacuum trucks, vans, dump equipment, and roll‑off equipment. While experience with this equipment is preferred, Reworld provides on‑the‑job training for qualified drivers who meet licensing requirements and demonstrate a strong safety mindset.
Sign‑on bonus: $5,000.
Responsibilities- Operate assigned equipment safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
- Drive commercial vehicles to pick up and transport waste while meeting scheduled appointments.
- Ensure vehicle placarding meets DOT requirements.
- Maintain required paperwork, including expense reports, timesheets, vehicle inspection reports, manifests, and job sheets.
- Inspect truck equipment and supplies, including tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil, and water.
- Secure cargo prior to and during transit.
- Operate roll‑off equipment as required by daily route needs.
- Complete additional assigned duties.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- CDL Class A with Tanker endorsement required.
- Haz Mat endorsement preferred but not required for hire.
- Minimum two years of commercial driving experience preferred; drivers with less experience may be considered if they have strong safety records and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use a tablet for E‑Logs.
- Must abide by all DOT regulations at all times.
- Clean driving record.

- High school education.
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb for extended periods.
- Ability to reach, grip, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to operate and maneuver roll‑off, tanker, vacuum, and other assigned equipment safely.
- Weekly home daily – Monday through Friday.
- May include weekday and occasional weekend work depending on customer demand.

- Base pay range: $42,700.00 – $56,800.00 USD (annualized for hourly roles).
- Salary will be determined by experience, education, geographic location, skills, and other factors.
