Salary: $100,000-$120,000 dependent on experience
Benefits: Flexible schedule, unlimited PTO (if not abused), 401k (no employer contribution), Company does not provide medical plan, but will be taken into consideration with regard to compensation.
Work Schedule: Flexible, full-time, on-site, with demand for increased workload and extra hours during busy tax season. Only estimated 4 days/32 hour work week during off season.

Overview: Tight-knit and well-established boutique CPA firm seeks a Tax Accountant to join their team. This is the ideal opportunity for a newly licensed CPA or aspiring CPA with 2-5 years of public accounting/tax experience. All junior tax professionals looking for growth, mentorship, and the flexibility only a small boutique office can provide are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Review and complete a high volume of personal and business tax returns.
- Perform tax research.
- Review projections and become involved in planning for complex clients.
- Tax planning for personal and business clients.
- Analyze IRS notices and draft responses.
- Act as key client contact person for assigned clients.
- Contribute to client service by producing quality work with quick turnaround and attentive service.
- Establish good working relationships with all team members and existing clients.
- Licensed CPA (aspiring CPA's considered with experience)
- 2-5+ years of public tax accounting experience
- Experience with Thomson Reuters software highly desirable
