Investment Banking Analyst​/Associate​/VP – Consumer

We're partnering with a leading investment bank looking to strengthen its Consumer team with talented professionals at Analyst, Associate, and Vice President level.

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions for some of the most exciting consumer businesses in the market.

• Advising clients across the consumer sector on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic transactions.
• Building complex financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations.
• Supporting the execution of live transactions from pitch through to completion.
• Developing deep sector knowledge and building trusted relationships with clients.
• Collaborating with senior bankers on business development opportunities

• Investment banking experience at Analyst, Associate, or VP level.
• Exposure to M&A, ECM/DCM, or broader corporate finance transactions.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• A genuine interest in the consumer sector and the trends driving its evolution.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
