Position: UX Experience Designer

UX Experience Designer (244680)

We are seeking a creative and strategic UX Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying a solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital products. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into high-fidelity designs and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create user‑centered interface designs, adhering to established UI design standards and practices.
  • Design and develop user‑centered software solutions, focusing on clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces.
  • Participate in customer interviews, interactions, and other user research to identify customer needs and wants.
  • Participate in and conduct user research and usability testing sessions with end‑users to identify pain points and areas of improvement.
  • Create UI prototypes, which may be used for testing or marketing purposes.
  • Document user experience designs and specifications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
  • Provide UX and design input to cross‑functional teams, including recommendations for product and process improvements based on UX expertise and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
  • A solid understanding of UX design principles.
  • Experience using UI design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Passion for improving user experiences and ability to advocate on behalf of the user and UX best practices.
  • Ability to explain and document UI designs and decisions, both verbally and in written form.
  • Strong understanding of Human Factors Engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
