Quarterly
Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to government agency end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
IT Custom Solution is founder-led, bootstrapped, and small. The work is real federal contracting -- proposals, ATO documentation, CMMC posture, CLIN math. We don't fabricate roles or benefits we can't actually deliver. If this position is open today, you'll hear from the founder directly within one business day. Requirements- CompTIA A+ or equivalent
- 2+ years help desk experience
- Experience with ticketing systems
