At Apple Ads, we help advertisers grow their businesses while helping people discover the products and experiences they're looking for. Our technology powers ads and sponsor ships across several Apple services, including the App Store, Apple News, Apple Maps, and Apple TV. Everything we do is grounded in trust, connection, and impact. We respect our users' privacy, integrate advertising thoughtfully into the Apple experience, and deliver value for advertisers of all sizes — from small app developers to global brands.

You'll collaborate with other EPM, engineering, and product teams to define technical requirements and dependencies, and to deliver key milestones.

You'll ensure resiliency and stability of your projects by proactively identifying risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies, and driving issues to closure. With strong communication skills, you'll keep stakeholders informed on project progress and key updates, ensuring alignment with business priorities. You'll drive quarterly planning, ensuring alignment between your program goals, dependent teams, and overall organizational objectives. Understanding that project delivery is a team effort, you will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Product, Engineering, and dependent teams.

  • Self-motivated, independent, proactive, and organized with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities. Can quickly triage/prioritize issues and lead cross-functional teams under pressure.
  • Familiarity with long lead time projects, phase management, oversight, and leadership through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Ability to network and foster deep relationships to ensure tight alignment on program goals, effective communication & collaboration, and expedited issue resolution & risk mitigation threads
  • Bachelors, Masters, or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Distributed Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.

  • Familiarity with user interface development, and Software Development Lifecycle in general
  • Experience leading engineering programs within advertising technology or related industries
