Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Our Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking a strong, clinically driven Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support and collaborate with the Director of Nursing in leading our nursing team and ensuring exceptional resident care.

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Support survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives
• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff
• Monitor clinical systems, documentation, and care delivery standards
• Participate in staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective action plans
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence in care

• Active RN license (required)
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing leadership experience in a SNF or long‑term care setting
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process
• Experience with clinical audits and quality measures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example and drive clinical excellence

Salary:
Up to $130,000 per year (based on experience)
