Eagle Home Care, a LHCSA is looking for motivated and compassionate RN’s to provide high quality patient care assessments in the home. Our agency provides competitive compensation. This is a FFS per diem position. Schedule is flexible.

Service Areas we are hiring for:

• Rockland County

  Duties:

• Seeking a professional Registered Nurse to perform health assessments for patients in their home to assess a patient’s health care status and needs

• Monitor and train Aide staff on patient plan of care and infection control

• Maintain close communication with the Director of Patient Services in the office, responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner.

• Reporting all issues and concerns to the clinical department immediately.

• Completes documentation accurately and submits timely to agency

• Provides the highest quality care in accordance with DOH regulations

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved school of nursing

• Current NYS RN license

• 1 year of home health nursing experience (preferred)

• Able to function independently with minimum supervision

• Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills

• Ability to travel to patient’s homes
