As an LPN, you will work directly with our developmentally disabled adults in their homes, supporting them in achieving greater independence, realizing their future potential, and contributing to their communities in a meaningful way by offering person-centered services.

Responsibilities include:

Performing routine nursing care activities

Supporting quality care for our adult individuals

Assist with the preparation, implementation, and continuing evaluation of the nursing care plan
