Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support clinical operations in our eating disorder treatment programs for adolescents and adults. In this leadership role, you’ll supervise nursing staff, coordinate medical and psychiatric care, and ensure high-quality, recovery-focused services in a safe, therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, and mentoring nurses, overseeing medication administration and documentation, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, supporting regulatory compliance, and contributing to quality improvement within our compassionate, evidence-based care model.
Responsibilities- Supervise, mentor, and schedule nursing staff across residential and outpatient programs
- Coordinate medical and psychiatric care, ensuring timely assessments, interventions, and follow-up
- Oversee safe medication administration, documentation, and monitoring for adolescents and adults
- Promote a therapeutic, recovery-focused environment aligned with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
- Support orientation, training, and ongoing development of nursing and support staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to enhance clinical outcomes
- Assist with incident review, risk management, and implementation of safety protocols
- Serve as a clinical resource during crises, providing guidance on de-escalation and stabilization
