Serve as team leader ensuring program staff provide developmental care and instruction for children and youth aged 6 weeks to 18 years;
Develop, plan, and implement age-appropriate educational lesson plans and activities;
Instruct team members and provide written instructions, reference materials, and supplies;
Ensure health and safety standards in diapering, toileting, hand washing, cleaning, food service, safe sleep, and caring for ill children and youth;
Oversee implementation of developmentally appropriate programs to promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth;
Supervise staff and ensure documentation and reporting of observations
