KAP Teacher Position
The KAP Teacher position at Hillside Elementary School is available beginning in the school year. Elementary K-6 or PK-4 certification is required. The Kindergarten Acceleration Program (KAP) is an extended-day kindergarten program. Acceleration provides students with the opportunity to preview information and build on their prior knowledge, increase background information, and acquire the vocabulary necessary to understand new concepts and skills.
