Supply Technician

Olgoonik Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Supply Technician to support Transportation & Logistics operations within our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement department. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and tracking materials and equipment; maintaining accurate inventory records; preparing shipping/receiving documentation; coordinating transportation; and ensuring compliance with company, safety, and government regulations. The role supports mission-critical projects for government and commercial clients, reflecting our culture of safety, integrity, community focus, and collaborative, long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, equipment, and supplies
• Store, label, and organize inventory in warehouses or designated storage areas
• Issue and distribute materials according to work orders and project requirements
• Maintain accurate inventory records in logistics or ERP systems
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Prepare and process shipping, receiving, and transfer documentation
• Coordinate transportation and freight activities with carriers and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with company, safety, and government regulations
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
• Support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement of supply processes
