Job responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment failures and comfort issues
• Serve as a mentor and trainer for service technicians
• Ensure service calls are completed efficiently and professionally
• Communicate with the office and warehouse team for stock and warranty returns
• Perform hands-on service calls and routine system inspections and ensure callback situations are resolved
• Support the overall profitability and efficiency of the service department

What we're looking for:

Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to train and mentor technicians EPA certification (NATE certification is a plus) Willingness to be on-call as needed
