What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Executive Secretary to support the day-to-day operations of our law firm. The role involves managing email communications, coordinating with clients, maintaining files, and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning. The candidate must demonstrate discretion, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the firm’s corporate email inbox; draft, screen, and respond to routine communications.
Act as a key liaison between lawyers and clients, handling calls, emails, and meeting coordination.
Schedule client meetings and manage calendars of senior legal professionals.
Create, organize, and maintain physical and electronic case files with strict confidentiality.
Assist in preparation, filing, and tracking of legal documents.
Provide administrative support including travel coordination, challans, service orders, reports, petty cash, and office supplies.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field from a reputed institution.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.

Salary:  As per industry standards.
