Your Role
As the Senior Graphic Designer at Fraganote, you will drive the brand's visual direction across all digital and print touchpoints. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling, consistent, and innovative designs that reflect the essence of Fraganote. From packaging to performance ads to editorial layouts, you’ll lead a small design team and ensure the brand stands out with elegance, emotion, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and evolve Fraganote’s visual identity across all channels (website, social, packaging, campaigns, print).
Lead and mentor junior designers.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative assets.
Oversee all stages of design from concept to final execution — ensuring high aesthetic quality and brand consistency.
Design and review packaging, labels, lookbooks, product mockups, performance ad creatives, and retail collaterals.
Ensure all assets are optimized for various platforms including Meta, Google Ads....
Manage timelines, workflows, and feedback cycles efficiently across multiple projects.
Stay ahead of design trends in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle — infusing fresh perspectives into the brand.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
At least 2 - 4 years of design experience, preferably in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C space.
Proficiency in  Adobe Creative Suite  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and After Effects (bonus)  Adobe creative cloud - Essentials:
Photoshop, Illustrator (Static + packaging).
Video editing - Premiere Pro + After effects.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.
Experience in packaging design, print production, and digital advertising.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
Eye for storytelling, minimal aesthetics, and brand alignment.
