Customer Account Manager - Electrical Steel
Location:
Delhi
Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)
Streamline and improve existing sales to maintain JSW share-of-business
Development of new customers and business to improve SOB
Achieve sales targets as per Monthly and Annual Business Plan
Timely payment collection from the customers
Increase in sales of JSW Ispat Alloy Steel Products.
Market assessment & Competition mapping
Coordination with Plant and stock-yard to ensure timely delivery
Plan and manage optimum material stock at local stock-yard
Handle quality complaints along with technical team and timely resolution of the issues.
Develop cordial relationship with customers and other agencies involved in business.
Production Planning and Coordination with plant at HO.
Educational Background and Work Experience
B.E./
B. Tech or science graduates with M.B.A (preferred)
5-10 years of work experience in steel industry is must.

Have an understanding of cost & financial awareness Should be flexible and quickly amends course of action to adapt to changing business scenarios. Should be able to analyse / process data and information to gain insights/trends, etc. to enable business acceleration.
Problem solving - Generates alternatives for problems / issues. Involves concerned people in the decision making process when required while anticipates implications of the decisions made. Should be able to work independently and deliver high quality results with minimal guidance and direction; display high urgency for action and strong commitment towards achieving results.

- Understands and anticipates internal / external customer needs. Builds and maintains long term relationships with customers and communicates their needs upwards & downwards within the organization.
Team work and team building Collaborates across levels, functions and businesses in JSW. Encourages teamwork at all levels
Effective & open communication Should be able to articulate his / her thoughts confidently and assertively in large meeting settings especially with senior team leadership in the room.

Relationship building / Interpersonal skill - Should be able to work constructively with multiple internal and external stakeholders; foster and maintain a network of work relationships at senior levels in the organization
