I am hiring for a Associate Director - Program Operations, Safe Water Operations for a client in the development sector, leading large-scale, multi-state public health operations focused on safe water access in partnership with government stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who has scaled complex field programs, built high-performing teams, and driven measurable impact across multiple states.
What You’ll Own:
Lead and scale multi-state program operations
Manage and mentor national and state-level teams
Strengthen systems, governance, and field execution
Drive performance, accountability, and impact metrics
Partner closely with senior government stakeholders
Ideal Profile:
12–15+ years of experience in development sector / public health / large-scale program operations
Proven experience managing multi-location teams
Strong operational rigor with strategic thinking ability
Comfortable working with government systems
Willingness to travel (~30–40%)
